The Purposeful Provision Review is a practical, supportive review of how learning, language, provision and adult interaction work together across your EYFS practice.
Using the RPC Purposeful Provision Framework, we look at six areas:

The aim is not to judge your setting or hand you a long list of things to change. It is to recognise what is already working well, identify the areas that will make the biggest difference and leave you with clear, manageable next steps.
Focused Purposeful Provision Review — £425
A focused half-day review, including pre-review information, feedback, key strengths, three priorities and a written post-review summary.
Full Purposeful Provision Review & Team Development — £725
A deeper review with leadership discussion, bespoke team development shaped by the findings, practical action planning and a full written summary with a 30/60/90-day plan.
Not an inspection. Not a checklist of perfect provision.

Bespoke Consultancy
Not every setting needs the same thing.
Support can be shaped around a particular priority, problem or area of development. This might include reviewing curriculum and progression, strengthening language-rich provision, supporting an English or EYFS leader, reviewing planning or helping a team identify why an area of practice isn't having the impact they hoped for.

Every setting is different. I don’t arrive with a checklist of what your provision should look like, and I’m not there to judge what is already in place.
My role is to understand what you are trying to achieve, notice what is working well, identify where there may be gaps or missed opportunities, and help you decide what will make the biggest difference next.
The RPC approach is rooted in a simple idea:
